Based on the study of the main challenges faced by companies when incorporating social practices into their internal processes, we developed three groups of solutions that will help with a sense of purpose, team integration, development of soft-skills, greater engagement and retention of employees. These are:
Organization of groups of collaborators to carry out volunteering experiences in social projects on a temporary (one-off) or long-term basis. The actions will be established based on the intercession of corporate interests and the needs of social projects



Organization of one or more trips with a social purpose to Karibu partner projects in Brazil or abroad. The trip, in addition to having a Karibu coordinator guiding the actions, will have a specific objective that meets all interests involved.
Courses, training and lectures with the aim of valuing diversity, respect for differences, awareness of each person's role in building fair societies and the importance of self-development for professional improvement.
